AUTHORISED ECONOMIC OPERATOR (AEO) CERTIFICATION
We became a certified member of the UAE Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) programme in March 2018. The certification was awarded by the Federal Customs Authority of the UAE government and now enables our customers to enjoy faster processing and customs clearance of cargo in the UAE and other countries which recognise the AEO programme. Faster customs processing enables faster shipping and delivery for our customers.
SGS ISO 9001:2015 & 2800:2007
The Emirates Group Security division, who manage the security side of our operations, achieved SGS ISO 9001 & 2800 certifications in January 2018. This accreditation ensures the tools and equipment used in the servicing of our aircraft are accurate and of optimal standard. It is the single most important standard for calibration and testing laboratories around the world. This accreditation applauds us for meeting international standards and demonstrating that we are technically competent and able to produce precise and accurate test and/or calibration data.
CARGO IQ CERTIFICATION
We were rewarded with our Cargo iQ Certification standard which was issued by the Cargo iQ association in the CiQ Member Quality System Handbook. This recognition is focused on an industry standard for exceptional cargo ground handling quality management system. Our certification was issued on the 13th February 2018 and is valid until 12th February 2021. All audits were performed by SGS s.a.
Good Distribution Practices (GDP) Certification
We were accredited with a Good Distribution Practices (GDP) Certification for maintaining the highest level of product safety and quality during the distribution of our pharmaceutical products. This accreditation honours our dedication and commitment to quality in every aspect of our service, and for being a vital partner of the healthcare supply chain. This certification was issued on the 15th July 2020 and is valid until 14th July 2021. All audits were performed by the Bureau Veritas from Germany.
